BLUE AND GOLD SUPER CUTE AND STYLISH 3/4 SLEEVE COCKTAIL DRESS

This is a super cute and flirty midi-dress and perfect for any occasion. You can dress it up with heels or jewelry for a cocktail party, or throw on some sandals and keep it simple for an afternoon event, tea, or birthday party! It has 3/4 sleeves, pleated skirt at the bottom, and shiny and shimmering gold embedded on the dark navy blue rayon and silk blend material. I wore it on the red-carpet with gold heels and big hoop earrings and was a smashing success! Even though it is XS, it is more of a small, as I am 5'8" and 135 pounds and it is NOT tight on me at all, and fits comfortably and was still flowing. So, it is a large extra-small, if that makes sense. Size XS- Extra small, but large, more like a Small (S).
