beautiful embroidered lace chiffon formal dress in a light dusty blue. paid over $200 online at Stacey's. The front breast area and below the waste is lined. I bought for a wedding dress but did not expect the side panels to be completely sheer. you would need to wear a camisole or have something sewn in, unless you are really comfortable with a lot showing on side. The color chart on their site shows light blue as more of an aqua color. Is this more of a baby blue?!

@jenlbowling2020 hi there! I think this might be a little big in the bust for a 38. it's about 42 in the bust. fits more like a 14/16. I wish I could say it would fit perfect but you may need alterations done.
