BLUE LACE deep plunge beautiful & classy dress

I bought this on here from another posher @vintagelove (whom has great reviews) and unfortunately the dress is too big for me. I'm so sad because it is so beautiful, therefore it has not been worn by me. Brand new. Actual color is BLUE. The length is approx 30" and the lace adds 2". Fits like the model.
