BLUE LOW CUT DRESS TRENDY IS SIZE MED FITS SMALL

New, only worn for photo. Low cut v-neck dress twists with open split slit in middle. Lined with skirt inside. Dark but bright blue shade. It’s hard to capture the true shade so love item regardless before purchase. Laid flat, measurements are 14 inches across the bust, 11 inches across the waist. Front length with the lined skirt is about 27 inches, back is about 43.5. Front of skirt on this dress has dusting from storage. Item runs small, I don’t think this is a true medium.
