Cute, lightweight black & white vertical striped capri-length wide leg jumpsuit. Can be worn on or off the shoulder as it's essentially cut like a flutter sleeve, but appears as a ruffle all the way across. Worn once, but I realized that jumpsuits just aren't for me! No flaws. Comes with tie loops and belt of same material as jumpsuit. VERY stretchy (see measurements below), meant to cinch in at the waist. Great piece of spring/summer at casual or more dressy event!
