BNWOT Cotton On Skirt

Cotton On black stone wash 🖤 These are brand new without tags bc I took them off, I thought it would fit me but it didn’t and I couldn’t return them but I still have the tags and the packaging! 💗 Waist: 29” Rise: about 11.5” Hips: about 20” Length: 16” I bought this in the summer and got a size 6 since I’m normally a 4-6 but it was too big, fits more like a 6/8! I’m a 27/28” waist with 38” hips so it was just sitting on me rather than hugging me 😭
