BNWOT Stunning Ruffle Detail Mini Dress, Cobalt Blue, XS

This gorgeous dress features a body hugging bodice with a hint of stretch. A slight v neck and zipper in back complementing the feminine ruffled sleeves and the angled ruffled hem. This dress has a high neck line in front and the hem is mid/thigh to knee length (but of course, depends on your height) it is simple but stunning and subtly flattering all at once.
