Brand New Without Tag White House Black Market Top, Women’s Medium. Color is black with a silver shimmer. There is a ruffle at the neck area. Top can be worn on and/or off the shoulders. The material is sheer enough that there is a built in camisole which covers the body, leaving the arms sheer. Neckline and wrists have an elastic hem. This is a beautiful top.
