BNWOT White/Blue Striped Ruffle Romper

Brand new & never worn, but the tags fell off. Super cute summery off the shoulder romper from AE. Lined inside so it’s not sheer. Ruffles along the shoulder/neckline, arms, & hems. Faux buttons down the front. Cinch tie string around the waist in addition to the elastic waistband. Sleeves are about 3/4 not full length. Size extra small but very stretchy, could probably fit a small or maybe a medium as well. Would be adorable around the water for a kinda nautical look ;-)
