BNWOT drapey tunic top from a local designer.

This is an original design from W Boutique in Glenmont NY, a suburb of the capital. The fabric is buttery soft and made in the USA and I paid waaaaay too much money for this top to never have even worn it once. 3/4 length sleeves, flowy piece of fabric is attached as shown in the picture. Armpit measurements 20" shirt is 28" from the tag to the hem. Never worn. No rips tears or stains.
