snowingblue @lblackconnell the elastic top part measures 15.5” and can stretch out to around 17.5”. It’s a sac dress of sorts so there is no “waist”. Let me know if I can provide any other info 😊

mngirlinswfl I was wonder about the width of the dress laying flat in the approx waist/hip area? If possible, can you measure that? Thanks!

snowingblue @lblackconnell yes of course. It’s approximately 20.5” at the area I would estimate to be the waistline (at the very top of the pockets). It gets to about 25” at the bottom where the side slits starts if that helps at all

snowingblue @lblackconnell here’s a comment from a reviews in case it help you. I am 5'3" 125 lbs 34 B and ordered the XS petite, its a little snug on top but I prefer it that way. I think I could have gone with a Small too, the bow really gives you some freedom to loosen or tighten it. All around, great purchase! I definitely recommend!

snowingblue @lblackconnell another review: I bought this for outdoor parties this summer & have gotten so many compliments on it! I love the blush colored tie, the almost neutral blue stripes & it has pockets! The fit is just as pictured. It's surprisingly flattering & pairs well with cute wedges & nice jewelry or I've also worn it with a denim shirt thrown over it & flip flops. Do be aware that it's dry clean only though. For reference, I'm 5' even, 36D & ordered a SP. Love it!

snowingblue @lblackconnell I’m sorry! Reading the comments just made me realize the tie at the top isn’t just decorative 😂. So the top can actually be tighter than the 15.5 I told you yesterday if you tie it tighter and can go up to probably around 19”? Hope this helps :)
