BNWT Deep-V Party Dress

This fit-n-flare dress reminds me of THAT Marilyn Monroe subway vent dress. Nearly a halter-style back, bodice has a sexy deep-V neckline that meets as small crossover as it nears the wide ruched-satin waistband. It is tastefully embellished with appliquéd ribbon-sequin striping. (4th photo is lightened to show this detail) The skirt is perfect in its simplicity, cut to skim past hips without adding bulk, and moves with the most delightful swish.
