BNWT Floral Summer Dress S

BNWT french blue floral summer dress w/off white braided straps. It has perfect versatility for dressing up or dressing down. It has an elastic empire waist construct and is made with a light, soft material. It also has a liner on the bottom portion of the dress only. I, personally, am IN LOVE w/the braided T strap design on the back of the dress. The straps are super soft so its quite comfortable. From bust to base, it measures approximately 26".
