Brand new with tags Hearts and Roses London Desirable Flocked Tea dress in black. Flattering pin up style dress in a flocked velvet pattern. Unfortunately I’m busty and I don’t like the way this fits me. Retails for $65, I’m hoping to get some of my money back so that I can purchase a different size.
