brandyw88 @keesh1001 The hem that attaches the feathers to the dress had come apart and there was about 6 to 7 in. of feathers not attached to the dress and I thought I could wear it and just have it fixed later because time was a factor but it was pretty noticeable. Because of the price I didn't bother returning. I don't ever give negative reviews and am not a negative person but my last few purchases have been this way.

brandyw88 @keesh1001 I appreciate your concern and effort to resolve the matter. Your apologetic attitude and concern and willingness to resolve the matter are a rarity. I have had some bad experiences on here and never give bad reviews and figured if I start giving negative reviews when the experience is negative then sellers will be more likely to avoid behavior that will earn a negative review.
