BNWT Jill Jill Stuart V neck dress with bell sleeves

Brand new, never worn Jill Jill Stuart dress with satin V neckline and beautiful bell sleeves. Purchased from Shopbop and forgot to return it before the window closed but the dress is too large for me. I bought size 4 because the model was listed as wearing a size 2 so I figured I’d go up by one size. The dress fits like a standard size small which is big for me (I wear xs in almost all brands eg Majorelle, Zara, Privacy Please, tho for comparison I wear size small for Love and Lemons).
