Stretchy. 100% polyester that is high quality, lightweight but not see thru. Absolutely gorgeous. Would look great with any color leggings, skinny jeans, bell bottoms, or any jeans or slacks. 27” length from the shoulder down. 14” bust lying flat, stretches up to 16”. Sleeves are 3/4”.
