Navy blue background with red, purple, white, and green floral pattern - close-up photo shows true colors. VERY stretchy, textured Liverpool material. Fitted pencil skirt style. See photos for fabric contents and size chart. I'd say the size chart is accurate on this skirt. I'm a size 14 and it's just a bit too small for my liking.
