BNWT Maggy London black evening dress. The dress has tulle ruffling along the neckline, which is a wide off the shoulder type neckline. It goes to the top of the shoulders. I am 5'1" and the dress length is a little shorter than mid calf on me. There is an invisible zipper on the back.
