It still said “in transit to next facility” on tracking so I submitted a package research claim yesterday 😩 someone from the Indianapolis post office called and said it seems to be stuck in LA usps sorting facility for some reason and should make it to IN in a couple days..

@michelledg1 ok, let’s wait and see. Worst case scenario I think I can file a lost package claim against USPS. I’d personally never seen the tracking not update from “in transit to next facility” for days so I’m freaking out a little bit.. Lets keep checking the tracking and pray that it gets to IN ok.. they said the delays caused by the current situation probably 😖

@michelledg1 hi so I can only file a lost package claim 15 days after shipping date they said. +1 (317) 464-6836 is the number they called me (Indianapolis post office) so we could keep trying to call them/get them to contact USPS distribution center to locate it 😩
