BNWT Piper & Scoot Jill floral wrap dress

So breezy and perfect blue and yellow floral with striped contrast wrap dress. Size is a Large, but go by measurements please. It does not stretch and Fits a medium perfectly. Waist below breast has no stretch. Bust has plenty of room and some give, loose through hips. Side zipper and oh So Lovely! Below are measurements of the Large. Waist 15" flat lay Bust is wrap and gives Bust 18" plus Length 40" a tad longer in the back. The xs fits a standard womens XS.
