BNWT! Retails for $75! Eva Mendes for NY&C long bell-sleeve navy blue dress

Brand new. Never worn. NWT! Beautiful a-line navy blue dress. Very flowy with bell sleeves. Eva Mendes clothing is typically cut for taller ladies, which I am not. This would be great for a party in colder weather and is very forgiving for those of us that aren’t stick figures. 😊
