BNWT SCARLETT Brand Black Dress - Size 24WP

Brand New with Tags, Black V-Neck Sleeveless "Little Black Dress" in size 24 Woman Petite. Empire waist has jewelled buckle with satin ribbon which ties in back. Dress falls to my knee, but could differ depending on wearer's height (I'm 5'3"). Hemline of full but not fluffy skirt is 27" from just under jewel embellishment. This was a great buy, but I've lost weight since and have a New Year's resolution to make room in my closet for new clothes! Please let me know if you have further questions.
