@agordonbray yes I would say so. I was a size 16 at the time of this photo and the dress was a nice fit. I still had a little bit of room in the bust because I was wearing a tank bra with no support. With a traditional bra or strapless (and my girls being held up 🙈) it would fit perfectly. I’ve recently lost weight so the dress is just too big for me
