Brand new with tags, beautiful and flowy sheer chiffon gown. This is navy with dusty pink roses, a stretchy gathered waist, off the shoulder neckline, and balloon sleeves. The skirt has a short, navy lining but the rest of the dress is unlined and sheer. The chiffon has no stretch, but the waist and shoulders have elastic. Labeled small, this would fit about a size 6/8
