lunaselene86 @jprince24 I would say so? I don’t have a way to weigh the dress but as it’s mostly lined it’s heavier than, say, an unlined lace blouse. You don’t have to worry about the skirt blowing up or anything.

lunaselene86 @nopenopeno11 pit to pit measures 22 inches flat. The dress is relatively straight in cut with no defined waist. I will be adding some additional photos to show this.
