Brand new with tags: Tory Burch smocked white maxi dress with gorgeous purple flower embroidery. Circa 2017/2018 but never worn. Really exceptional fabric - lightweight, stretchy, but very crisp. Would look stunning at a garden party, the beach, or for a bride’s engagement or rehearsal dinner! A really special, timeless dress that I’ve just never had the chance to wear. I always ship in recycled packaging!

tennesseekate @melindactx1 sorry I didn’t see your initial comment! Length from top of shoulder to bottom is 45 inches. Chest is 12 inches but this has elastic shirring and I was able to stretch it up to 16 inches.
