mintyannabella It did..kinda. When I got it, it was ok, but now, it's tight on my belly and just not flattering. I really prefer the dresses loose....the rest of her 3X dresses were alright, just depended on the cut. I was surprised how the pink and white one paisley one is absolutely right for me but the black one with the calalilly was really big on me as a 3X...so it just varies, I guess :).
