BNWT early 2000’s vintage, black mesh, ruffle mini skirt

Adorable vintage relic from the early 2000s. This micro mini skirt is brand new with tags and by the brand “cover me”. Would be best used as a swim cover up as the mesh material makes it semi-sheer but could definitely be styled on its own if you like. Black mesh material all over with a few ruffle layers and a ruched waistband. Micro mini length. SIZE: best for an XS. Tagged size small and has elastic waist band.
