singingsavannah @kittybrownart hi there, the measurements at the waist from side seam to side seam are about 16 inches across and the measurement at the bust is about 17 inches across. I will add the photos of the measurements to the listing as well as the size chart from the Selkie website 🙂

singingsavannah @valmarket hi there, it actually is, however I have yet to re-list the item due to it being returned. It has a small irregularity in the fabric. If you are interested, I am happy to re-list the item but please note, there is a small irregularity in the silk at the hip of the dress. It looks like a small spot about the size of a fingernail where the fabric is a different texture so this would be considered a flaw and the dress would have to be purchased in as is condition. 💗
