The quilted bodice is the focal point of this swingy dress, framed by the sweetheart neckline and puff sleeves. Smocked back and elastic sleeves. The shell is 100% viscose and the lining is 100% polyester. Hand wash in cold and hang to dry. The pit-to-pit measurement is 19”, the length is 36” and the sleeves are 12”.
