Beautiful maxi dress with surplice top & functional snap closure Side tie to adjust waist size V neck/back Medium High/Low Hem: 49-53” from shoulder Shoulder to shoulder: adjustable due to front closure Waist: adjustable due to ties In 5’4” and this dress falls perfectly with no shoes on. Top fits like a 6-8 (I’m a 4/6 & 5’4) *note there is slight damage where back tie closure was ripped out. Not very noticeable when worn (last photo)
