[BOGO $10/under] Vintage 9-12m Handmade Lime Polka Dot Handmade Sleeveless Dress

Vintage handmade cotton dress in white with lime green polka dots. There is a double row of white rick rack applique across the chest where it meets the skirt. Fabric matched ties secure in the back, no other closures. The construction is home sewn, with both stitching by hand and machine. Faint yellow spot near the front hem (pointed out in photo), I have not spot treated this. No other flaws. The color is not faded.
