Bust is lightly padded and lined, skirt is full and perfect for twirling. The skirt is unlined but the fabric is opaque. Has generous pockets! Waist 15” Bust 17” Length 29” 97% cotton with 3% spandex for comfortable stretch. Closes with zipper at back. Very good used condition with no rips or pulls. Slight flaw in the fabric at bust where a thread is dark brown/black (shown in 4th photo).
