Miss Zoya by Amit fancy pleated layered tank off-white black orange

Found this beautiful flared sleeveless top at a high-end consignment shop. Chest is cream lace and cascades into three layers of white black and orange. Pics show each pleated layer flipped up. No size tag. Chest measurement indicates it’s most likely a small. No perspiration stains or any signs of wear that I can see, however selling it as VGUC because it may have been worn. Unable to find anything else like it online. Material is Nylon, Viscose, Linen, Lycra, Acrylic. Unknown whether vintage or not.
