Please read. This is a beautiful red and black cocktail dress by Vera Wang Princess. It’s red with a black design and has two layers of black ruffles u set early that real puff and flare out the skirt. The back is cut out in a Diamond. It is in good condition but does have some pulls to the thread almost like in a stocking. These are not tears or holes but do show some white threads from underneath the design.
