Brand new with tags, gorgeous maxi dress. Fabric is Rayon. 3/4 sleeve length and tie front option. Has small flaw (last image) No tear just looks like small overlapping of fabric. I'm guessing manufacturer flaw, but no tear and it's at the back of the shoulder. Not noticable in my opinion.
