BOMY flamingo boutique off shoulder top

Originally from an international boutique, not sure exactly where. Super cute and unique. Off the shoulder with smocked elastic neckline and button detail on front. Flowy with a smocked waist in back and 3/4 length sleeves with ties. This blouse could be considered a crop top although on me it goes to the top of my jeans. New without tags. Such a cute and fun top! I've never seen another like it! 💗💘🎀💃🥰💖 Large but would fit a medium too. Is a little snug on shoulders for a large if broad.
