Vintage Mid Century Borgana Black Faux Fur Coat This beautiful faux fur jacket is in excellent+ used condition. Two side pockets with heavy chain on back of the coat with little discoloration. The lining is pretty good with a small rip on the inside lining right arm… see pics The 6 buttons are metal like plastic which are silver but one is gold tone. Please review pics. The faux fur is soft and clean; it is made of orlon and darvan. There is a size12 stated on the inside tag … see pics. so please view the measurements carefully. It looks like a medium/large. Length from back of neck to bottom of garment: 33” Length of sleeve from shoulder seam to end of sleeve: 27” Shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 19 .5" Underarm to underarm: 25.5” 29 1/2 " from shoulder to hem 21 " wide. The fur coat looks like it is from the 1950s or 1960s based on the tags. Borgana was a faux fur produced by the Borg Textile Group. Please note that, when needed, this item must be cleaned "by fur coat method only;" it may not be brushed, carded, pressed or steamed.
