It is one continuous loop. It goes over head either to chest or slide further down to waist and cinch tight. Approx bag measurement 7”L x 4.5”H This fits my 14pro max cellphone, key, lip gloss ( maybe thin $ holder? Definitely some cash. Haha) It has inside pocket for license credit card etc etc.. Also can be worn across chest. Definitely think this could be unisex.
