I have personally taken time to clean these with quality saddle soap, recondition with mink oil, and finally finish with neutral shoe polish crème. The upper boot may be re-dyed in some places for a more uniform color. Leather is supple and in good condition. As it is real leather, some differences in color may occur, but overall adds to the beauty and authenticity of the shoe. Very good quality boot that is hard to come by.
