BOUTIQUE BLACK MINI DRESS WITH COWL NECK!

Cute black mini dress from “No Rest for Bridget” on Newbury St. I liked to wear a white turtle neck under it. I’m 5’6” for reference. A little tight at busy for me but is a cowl neck. Adjustable staps. Worn a few times, still in great condition.
