gravelblue @kellycullen304 Good morning! Waist measurements are in the listing (15.5” flat with a 9” rise). I just measured the hip— it’s 20” flat so would comfortably fit you. Also, these have a bit of stretch, too, so the pants wouldn’t be constrictive when sitting etc. I’ll also note that with the 9” rise these are mid-rise pants. I’d compare against pants you already own for best fit, but don’t think you’d have any problem with these.
