BR circle skirt - tall

Brand: Banana Republic Size: 14 tall Fabric: Cotton, polyester, spandex, polyurethane (dry clean only) Features: Chic with an edge - Maroon/dark purple circle skirt with black pleather waistband - Fabric is jacquard, textured with diamond pattern - Lined on inside - Gold zipper on back Condition notes: VGUC. Purchased secondhand (reposhed from @sefrancis4) but I never wore it (size didn’t work). Has been hung in closet and has indents on waistband from hanger. Busted seam on both sides when trying on - less than 1 inch on both sides, could be repaired easily, and not really visible. Approximate measurements (flat) Waist: 17 in (no stretch) Hem width: 48 in (very voluminous!) Length: 32 in For reference, my waist/hips measurements are 35/45 and this skirt is a little snug.
