@renebogdanos - I will say their customer service is very slow to respond so you may want to just delete the app off your phone and re-download it. That will most likely solve the problem. You should be able to keep your same login. Sometimes it's easier to refresh an app by deleting it and starting over when it gets finicky. I used to be in tech. ;)
