@ltbohn 22.5 inches approximately from shoulder seam to shoulder seam; 53.5 inches across from arm cuff slit opening across to other arm cuff slit opening (where seam ends and the arm slit opens); 58.5 inches from beginning of arm cuff across to other side (does NOT include the measurements of each cuff, measurement starts/stops where the cuffs begin)

how is the rhinestone fringe attached? can you show it up close? is it sewn in?

@laurend904 they are real crystals. They are heavy and must be sewn into the jacket. Crystals are sewn and attached to a clear band which is then sewn into the seem of the jacket. If you need further explanation of their process please refer to the DxD website for further details.
