Hello are you able to take measurements of the arms? Also, if it is you in the picture can you describe the fit of the arms for you? i.e.too tight,just right, underarm room. Will it fit tight if you had a sweater on? Thank you

@zdelivers yes! That is me in the photo. I am 5 foot 1 and I was wearing a sweater. The jacket was not too tight anywhere, including under the arms.
