I bought this dress in red (chili pepper) and in black. Both are brand new and the tag was on the bag, so I’m afraid I no longer have that. The dress is wicked cute, with a tie faux-wrap and slight bell ruffle on the sleeves, and a ruffle on the bottom. It is tacked down at the bust so you don’t have to worry about it coming open.
