BRAND NEW Strapless Two Tone Prom Dress with Full Tulle Skirt

*PLEASE READ IN FULL* Dress is BRAND NEW - never came with tags from the Etsy seller.I supplied the original photo for what I ordered, and unfortunately it is not what I got so I am selling it. The dress is super cute for a prom or Quinceañera or Sweet Sixteen! Bodice is form fitting. Skirt has 3-4 layers. It is a size 12 but fits more like a size 10. I am 5’2”, 36D for reference. Needs to be dry cleaned.
