*BRAND NEW & UNALTERED* Rue De Seine Valley Dress (with Valley Sleeves)

This is a brand new, never worn, and unaltered Rue De Seine Valley Dress, complete with the Valley Sleeves. The dress is a size 14, and the sleeves are a Medium. No bad vibes are associated with this dress--I bought it for an elopement that was going to come before our "actual" wedding, and we decided to just do the primary wedding, so I have no need for two dresses (which is tragic, because it's absolutely beautiful!!!) The original price for the gown and sleeves combined were $4500. This dress would be great for someone who is looking for a brand new Rue gown at a discounted price.
